RX WELLNESS LLC (RXW, we, or us) offers a telehealth platform that may be accessed through the RXW website (Site) and its mobile application (App) (collectively, the Platform). This Privacy Policy applies to the data collected through the Platform. By using the Platform, you consent that we may process the data that we collect from you in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and made part of our Terms and Conditions of Use (Terms). We encourage you to review our Terms because they contain important limitations on our liability to you when you use the Platform.

The Effective Date of this Privacy Policy is set forth at the top of this page. Because we are always looking for innovative ways to help you monitor your health, this Privacy Policy may change over time. If any modifications materially change your rights, we will notify you of these changes either by posting notice on the Platform or by sending you an email to the email address we have on file for you. By continuing to access or use the Platform after such changes take effect, you agree to be bound by the modified Privacy Policy. Privacy Information for Nevada Residents

Under Nevada law, certain Nevada consumers may opt out of the sale of "personally identifiable information" for monetary consideration (as such terms are defined under Nevada law) to a person for that person to license or sell such information to additional persons. This PRIVACY NOTICE FOR CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS supplements the information contained in the WEBSITE and MOBILE Privacy Policy of RX WELLNESS LLC (collectively "we", "us", or "our") and applies solely to visitors, users, and others who reside in the State of California ("consumers" or "you"). We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.
